Thank you for playing HadronEra ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our"). We highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you play the Game, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your data.

As an independent game focused on user experience, HadronEra operates under the principle of "data minimization." We do not require you to create an account, nor do we actively collect sensitive personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, phone number, or home address.

To maintain game operations and support monetization (such as displaying advertisements), we or our third-party partners may automatically collect the following limited data:

• Device Information: This includes device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA, obtained only after your explicit consent), and language settings.
• Usage Data: Anonymous data including game progress, interaction logs, and crash reports, which are used solely for troubleshooting and optimizing the game experience.
• Ad Data: Information regarding ad impressions and clicks, which is necessary for the proper functioning and fraud prevention of the ad system.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We integrate Google AdMob advertising services into the Game. To serve advertisements, AdMob may utilize network identifiers and other technologies to collect your device data.

• Google AdMob: This is an advertising platform provided by Google LLC. Google may serve personalized ads based on your device characteristics or past preferences (unless you have enabled "Limit Ad Tracking"). • App Tracking Transparency (ATT): The Game fully complies with Apple's ATT framework. Upon the first launch or relevant trigger, the Game will prompt a pop-up asking for your permission to track. If you select "Ask App Not to Track," we will not collect your IDFA for personalized advertising, and you will receive basic, non-personalized ads instead.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect the minimal amount of anonymous data generated by gameplay or crash logs. Your game save data is stored strictly locally on your device (or within your personal iCloud Drive); we do not upload it to any external personal servers.

4. Your Rights and Control

You retain complete control over your device and data:

• Reset or Limit Ad Tracking: You can revoke tracking permissions for HadronEra at any time via your iOS device's "Settings" - "Privacy & Security" - "Tracking".
• Delete Local Data: Uninstalling the Game will permanently delete all local gameplay data, progress, and caches stored on your device.
